Mutton Bustin’ Mania & Steer Riding Youth Rodeo

Mutton Bustin’ Mania & Steer Riding Youth Rodeo apart of the Modern West Rodeo Challenge Saturday May 31st at 11:00am!

• Mutton Bustin’ for Children within the ages of 3 to 7 years old and weighing less than 60lbs. Each rider will recieve a Blue Ribbon for their bravery and dedication to ride a sheep across the rodeo arena. The championship ride of the afternoon will walk away with a $100 bill. Helmets & Vests will be provided for those who do not have their own gear. Entry for Mutton Bustin’ is $40.00 and the limit of riders is to be 75 total.

• Steer Riding for children within the ages of 8 to 12 years old. The top 4 steer riders of the afternoon come back to the 7pm performance to compete for $250 cash prize. Entry for Steer Riding is $60.00 and the limit of riders is to be 25 total.

Gates & Sign Ups open the morning of the event at 9:00am. Riders are encouraged to bring all of their own equipment and be prepared and ready to participate in a rodeo environment to compete for the performance. If a rider needs equipment we will accommodate your child. Each child must have a legal parent or guardian onsite and must sign a legal waiver of liability before they can participate or compete in any event or competition within the Modern West Rodeo Challenge.

We are not accepting any early or pre entries as of this time. Cash only will be accepted.

There is no tickets or admission charge for the youth rodeo. You can get your tickets online for the 7pm performance at Eventbrite.com now.
