Join us for a powerful yet relaxing Yin yoga session at Prairie Farm!

Enjoy the farm animals up close and personal, while connecting with nature and your innermost self. Yin yoga has constricting and lengthening poses and can sometimes be intense so be mindful of your body’s limits. No standing poses.
