Flow with us at Plant Mode during a cozy after hours slow flow class!🪴 This class is designed to help you unwind and settle from your day before heading into your night. 😌 Together, we’ll move slowly, breathe mindfully, and co-create a place of calm. All abilities welcome! 🧘🏻‍♀️

Olivia Tasch completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2020 at Amara Yoga & Arts in Urbana, IL. Since then, she has taught vinyasa flow, gentle yoga, and prenatal yoga. Olivia’s classes are rooted in intuitive movement, safe alignment, and encouraging students to follow their own inner rhythm. ✌🏼
