Adventures in Self-healing Through Journaling

Local author Vallean Jackson will share the inspiration behind her writing, "It's Time to Unpack: A Self-Healing Journal," and demonstrate how journaling can be a valuable tool in the self-healing process. Attendees will learn self-healing tips, participate in writing exercises, and join in a Q&A discussion with the author. You will also have the opportunity to purchase Vallean Jackson's books.
