On Thursday 14th August at 2pm we’re out for our annual day trip, this year to Adwell House, near Thame. The estate has extensive gardens and the house was used as a venue in the recent “Miss Austen” BBC series. Website:

We learnt all about the Wells Farm BBOWT nature reserve with Paul Jeffery in July. It was a hot, sunny evening so bit tricky to see the screen, but Paul did a great job. We’ve donated £50 to BBOWT from raffle takings and visitor fees. Thank you to Gill, Amilia & Gaga for the extensive teas and happy birthday Ann (hope the flowers survived).
