We are looking for donations for the silent auction event, the live auction and the $5 table. Please consider asking for donations from your company or family or friends. It doesn't have to be horse related. The club has a 501(C3) account now so donations are tax deductible. If you or someone you know is willing to donate items,
please reach out to them and keep me posted. We would like to recognize them as much and often as possible, by
including them in our monthly newsletter as well as sending a thank you note.

Please be sure to mark your calendars for Our STATE RIDE. Since we have so many coming from out of town to visit our parks, we would
like to have multiple ride leaders to help. If you are familiar with the park and its trails, please let us know if you would be willing to assist hosting rides during the weekend.
We have plenty of room for day rides and Saturday evening dinner.
Please send your reservations early so we can be more efficient and organized as well as get a good count. Again, if you
can come for a day ride and be willing to be a ride leader, we really want to hear from you.

Three Day riding with camping event at the Polo field. Send in your registration as soon as possible. A State Ride is being planned. SAVE THE DATE: September 26 - September 28. This event is co-hosted with Cuyahoga, Medina and Summit OHC chapters. We hope everyone will step up and help to make the event fun for everyone. This event is being limited to 50 camping rigs, but we will host day riders and family and friends for our Saturday dinner and fun events. Tent camping may be allowed (check closer to the event as the park prefers trailer camping) and portable corrals are allowed for this event.
Come and camp with us or just spend the day. -- Check the flyer for more information and whether you chose all or some of the offered activities get your reservation in now. The Cleveland Metroparks South Chagrin Polo Field consists of three arenas, open groomed fields, interesting, wooded bridle trails, and the wonderful Chagrin River.
