Join us on Tuesday 5th August at The Abermain Hotel to Celebrate the Launch of our 2025 Customer Service Awards from 6-7pm. Welcome drink on arrival and light finger food will be provided. Please register your interest for catering purposes.

In 2024 we saw over 600 nominations and hosted over 170 attendees at our Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Join us for our complimentary evening to Celebrate Customer Service in a venue who took home not one but two awards last year and hear from previous winners and some of our sponsors as we celebrate this years commencement of the awards season.
