About the event

Afternoon at the Movies
We're kicking off our Summer Reading this year with a special Afternoon at the Movies, brought to you by the Friends of the Library!

Join us for a showing of two Brooklyn plumbers warping to a magical kingdom of mushrooms to team up with its princess, a toadstool, and a gorilla to save the day. 🍄

This movie featuring some of the most iconic video game characters is rated PG and runs for 92 minutes. All ages are welcome to join us and admission is free! There will be refreshments and take-home crafts too.

Doors open 10 minutes to the start of the movie at 1:30pm on June 9, in our 2nd floor Monken Activity Room (accessible by elevator).
