The Jingle Bell Rockout - Mommy & Me Christmas Fitness Class

Celebrate the holiday season with a fun, high-energy fitness class designed just for moms and their kids! This festive Mommy & Me Christmas Fitness Class blends movement, music, and memory-making for an experience your child will be talking about all season long.

Perfect for kids ages 8–12, this 60-minute class includes a 45-minute Christmas-themed workout followed by a 15-minute cool-down, all centered around playful, collaborative movement. Expect joyful energy, upbeat holiday tunes, and a space where you and your child can move, laugh, and connect.

And because no holiday workout is complete without a sweet treat, we’ll wrap up the fun with a cozy Hot Cocoa Bar for everyone to enjoy.
