Sunrise Yoga in Central Square

Greet the rising sun with calm, mindful movement.

This beginner-friendly class combines gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to help you build mobility, strength, and energy—guided by steady, mindful transitions and a focus on the breath.

✨ Perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
✨ Come as you are!

Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and a water bottle. All other props will be provided and a few mats will be available if needed.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that covers the body to support ease of movement and relaxation.

If it rains class will be canceled!

We recommend paying in person to avoid disappointment due to weather.
