Raspberry Jam Canning Class

Join Lou and crew in learning the basics of waterbath canning.

Attendees will leave with an 8 oz jar of fruit jam/butter from local Rogue Valley farms, a small sourdough boule, and a safe canning recipe.

Canning events are limited to 10 attendees and the cost is on a pay what you can scale of $10 - $25. We encourage you to pay a lower amount if the cost is prohibitive to you, and encourage you to pay a higher amount if you are able to.
