Pregnancy Essentials

Pregnancy is a special and exciting time for any family yet the amount of information that you can be expected to know is often overwhelming. Well we've read the books, we've watched the documentaries, we've gotten the education, and we are here to support you! We want to help you navigate these early days. We will help you know what options are available, nutritional information, what you can do for nausea and other great information.

This class is offered at no charge.

This class is ideal early in pregnancy but can be taken at any point.
