Healthy Sheep and Goats

This workshop, in partnership with the American Sheep Industry Association, aims to teach livestock producers about preventive measures to guard against disease.

Dr. Shelby Filley, SOREC's Livestock & Forage Specialist, will discuss how to keep disease off your farm through biosecurity measures. She'll also cover sheep and goat nutrition and management.

Dr. Chuck Estill, OSU Extension Veterinarian, will discuss immunization against diseases, parasite control, and other health topics.

Cost is $5.00 per ranch family (up to six people). Snacks will be provided.
