The Centerton Pantry operates as an OrderAhead Pantry. This means only clients who have placed their orders online and scheduled a pickup time are able to obtain food during this distribution.
OrderAhead is available once per week to Centerton Residents and once a month to residents of other cities as a curtesy service incase you were not able to make one of our mobile pantry distributions in a city near you. Click on "Food2Families Centerton Pantry"
Click on the 15 minute time window you wish to pick-up your food.
Click "Select"
Choose up to 12 items by clicking "add to cart" under each item you want. (In addition to your selected items, we will provide meat, and typically produce on the day of distribution based on what we have available at that time)
Once you have finished selecting your item Click "Checkout Now"
Review your cart and Click "Checkout"
Enter your Email Address or Phone Number
Complete all questions fully and accurately. Failure to provide full names and contact information can result in your order not being processed, and unavailable at pickup time. We also will only fulfill one order per household per week. If you are picking up for other households, each household must place their own order under their own email address, select the same pickup time as your order, and put a note on their order the name of the person picking up for them.
Confirmation Email: Once you have placed your order successfully you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain your scheduled pickup time, the address of our pantry. If you do not receive the email please check your spam or junk mail folders. If you still don't see it, chances are your order was not completed correctly.
IMPORTANT: While we understand that last minute things come up, it takes a great deal of our time to pre-pack orders for your convenience. If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible as we begin packing orders on Monday morning for the Wednesday distribution. If you fail to pickup your order, we will attempt to call you and give you another opportunbity to pick it up. Failure to pickup two orders without cancelling will disqualify you from using our orderahead services. You will still be able to pickup from any of our Mobile Pantry Distributions. We encourage you to visit our Mobile Pantry Distributions as they typically have more fresh produce options than through our OrderAhead services.
