About the event

June 7th Public Star Party at LVAAS
The next LVAAS Star Party is at our South Mountain HQ next Saturday, June 7th.

The show schedule is:

6:00 - Kids Planetarium Show
7:00 - Presentation by Becky Frank
8:00 - Regular Planetarium Show

All evening (weather permitting) - observing through our telescopes.

The RedShift will not be open during this star party.

New members are especially invited as it is a good opportunity to meet more LVAASers, enjoy a planetarium show, and get an intro to the observing facilities at South Mountain. You are welcome to bring your telescope if you want to get some help in how to get the most out of it, weather permitting. You may also be able to get some training on the LVAAS observatories.
