P2P End of Summer Bash

Calling of families of individuals with disabilities and/or special healthcare needs: Join us for an inclusive gathering at the large pavilion at Centennial Center Park (near the bathrooms) for a morning of food, fun, an connection! We'll have some amazing giveaways, balloon animals, coffee and donuts, and most importantly, a chance to connect with other families who "get it." Come as you are, and bring the whole fam!
