Join us for a first-ever, festive, family-friendly summer celebration at the Kent County North Campus in Cedar Springs on Thursday, Aug. 14, from 3 to 7 pm! This event will be filled with activities, resources, and fun for all ages!
Enjoy an exciting afternoon featuring:
• Local food trucks serving local favorites
• FREE ice cream (while supplies last)
• Kids’ activities including face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon animals, and more
• Big trucks on display, including fire engines from Courtland Township and the City of Cedar Springs, and road equipment from the Kent County Road Commission
• Chance to meet the Mounted Unit and their horses
• Live demonstrations from the Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit
Families with school-aged children can also pick up FREE backpacks for kids in grades K–12, while supplies last. Plus, Health Department staff will be on site to provide the required school vaccines.
