Free Zumba Class Sept 11th

FREE Night of ZUMBA. Learn what this class is all about.
Zumba is a cardio-based workout that combines dance moves with aerobic exercise. It incorporates Latin and international music rhythms with high-energy choreography, creating a fun and engaging fitness experience. Zumba is considered a full-body workout that can improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, flexibility, and calorie burning.
This class is great for all skill levels. You do not need to have any prior experience, just show up and dance.

THURSDAY SEPTEMEBER 11th at 7-8pm
at the Cedar Springs Middle School Cafeteria.
