Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids

Gift your kid(s) a mindful yoga class that’s active, fun and then calm and peaceful.
It’s been said that if every child learned mindfulness the world would be a more peaceful place. This class is fun and will teach your kid life skills of body and mind awareness for stress relief, focus and much more.
This class is at the same time as our 11am hot yoga class if you’d like a class for yourself as well.
Best for ages (4-9) but we are flexible
