Journeys - July Meeting - Yoga for Grief

Kimberly Jaeger-Arjes will lead the group in gentle chair-based movement and breathing exercises, specifically tailored to grieving individuals. Plan to wear comfortable clothing. Snack and social time to follow the session.

Cost is free. No RSVPs required.

Journeys was created in order to provide support to those in our community who have experienced the loss of someone they love, with the understanding that grieving hearts need care and connection. Whether you choose to attend meetings regularly, or only stop by once-in-awhile, know that you will be accepted and welcomed just as you are.
