An Eight-Week Yoga Series
What if healing is a natural unfolding—one that follows the same rhythms as the world around us? As summer moves toward harvest, this series invites you to return to your body, reconnect with your breath, and move in step with the inner intelligence of the natural cycles that bring us toward wholeness.
This eight-week journey follows the arc of the season: from seed to root, from bloom to fruition. Along the way, we’ll explore trauma-aware embodiment practices that support safety, awareness, and nervous system regulation. Through breathwork, grounded movement, stillness and embodiment practices you’ll learn to sense, stabilize, and strengthen your connection to Self—supporting your own healing process and integrating the parts that are ready to grow.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your practice, you’re welcome here. Come as you are—leave with the tools to live more fully in your body, your breath and the present moment.
