We bring the relaxation of your living room to the studio with simple, feel-good stretches that even the most dedicated lounger can enjoy. Yes, you can absolutely wear your PJs! Whether you’ve never stepped foot on a mat or you’re a seasoned yogi - all are welcome. This class features minimal movement and maximum relaxation, designed for days when you want the benefits of yoga without all of the “intimidating” movements. We'll focus on simple, supported poses that feel good and leave you refreshed without the exhaustion. Detach from reality and our devices without judgment nor complicated poses—just easy movement, peaceful vibes, and the perfect excuse to wear your favorite comfy clothes in public.
