Get ready for our In-House Competition: Lift for Life! 💪 This is your chance to throw down with your gym family—all for a great cause!

Details:
👥 Same-sex teams of 2 (Partners will be drawn at random the week before—keep it fun and community-focused!)
🏅 Divisions: RX, Intermediate, or Scaled (Pick the one that’s right for you!)
💲 Cost: $25 per athlete

Why We’re Lifting:
All proceeds go to Bridgehaven, an organization providing compassionate, cost-free support to women and families facing unexpected pregnancies right here in Cedar Rapids. ❤️
