Join us for one last summer hurrah before school starts! We’ll kick things off with a fun outdoor workout in the sun 🌞, then stick around for a potluck grill out 🍉🌭🥗 at the park.

Who’s invited?
EVERYONE! Bring your family, friends, kids… even if they’re not members. The more the merrier!

What to bring:
✔️ Workout gear
✔️ A dish to share for the potluck
✔️ Drinks, lawn chairs, sunscreen, and good vibes
