We will Begin with a grounding welcome and short reflection on the significance of the solstice and sound therapy, setting the tone for a soulful evening.

• Gentle Yoga: Move mindfully through a short, accessible flow to awaken the body and prepare for deeper listening.
• Musical Magic: Immerse yourself in a rich tapestry of sound featuring chao gongs, didgeridoo, ocean drums, Native American flute, drums, and rattles—an unforgettable sonic journey.
• Craft & Connect: Stay and mingle over cacao and snacks while making simple, joyful sun catchers to hang in your window or car—sparkling reminders of summer’s light.

Whether you come for the yoga, the music, the connection, or the creativity, this event is a celebration of warmth, radiance, and community. All are welcome!
