What to Expect
Join me, Laurence Turcios, a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, for a peaceful Full Moon Forest Bathing session at the beautiful Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center. As the full moon lights up the sky, we’ll slow down and enjoy a quiet evening walk along the serene trails of this protected nature preserve.
I’ll gently guide you through a series of nature invitations to help you connect with the sights, sounds, and calm of the forest at night. After each invitation, we’ll pause to share what we’re noticing and experiencing.
We’ll close the evening with a refreshing herbal tea, a light snack, and a cozy sharing circle.
What to Bring
Water
Walking shoes
Dress for the weather (layers are a good idea!)
Bug spray
A yoga mat or blanket to sit or lie on
Weather Info
If the weather isn’t safe or if the trails are closed due to recent rain, I’ll reschedule the session. You can choose to transfer your ticket to another date or get a full refund. I’ll send any updates by email, so please keep an eye on your inbox before the event.
