8 Week Baseball & Softball Catcher's Program
Dates: Thursdays, Sept. 25, Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Nov. 6,13
Time: 6pm - 7pm
Ages: 7 - 12
Location: Baseball's Finest, 216 Little Falls Rd, Unit 11-12, Cedar Grove N.J.

With such a specific and unique position, it is imperative to train correctly, and with a purpose. Baseball’s Finest is offering a 8 week program to build off of each individual’s skills and abilities, while teaching the fundamentals and necessities at the catching position.
This program will help prepare athletes, mentally and physically for the spring and summer seasons. One of the pinnacles of an outstanding defense is an assertive catcher. The Baseball’s Finest Catching programs include but are not limited to:
Be a Leader, Dominate the Game
Proper Stance and Technique
Receiving the Baseball
Transfer and “Pop-Time”
Blocking – Become a Wall
Body Control, Foot Work
Game Calling, Catcher’s IQ
Bunt Plays, Wild Pitches and Positioning
