Lead instructor Trevor Marcotte spent 11 years playing professional baseball, and since has coached at the NCAA division I level. The 8-Week Pitcher’s Program is geared to preparing young pitchers both mentally and physically who are serious about maximizing their abilities on the mound in preparation for the next level.
With increasing amounts of arm injuries and lackluster coaching on the rise, this program was designed by Coach Marcotte for many reasons. The mission is to develop proper pitching mechanics, build core and arm strength, enhance velocity, dominate control of the baseball and strikezone and cultivate a solid baseball knowledge at the pitcher position. Within each athlete’s approach and accountability, this progressive program will demand mental toughness and produce confidence on the mound.
Aside from the overall physical development of our players, mental approach and pitching IQ will be vastly focused on. Learning ‘how to pitch’ is essential, and each individual will learn how to maximize strengths and utilize them to their fullest potentials.

About The Complex: Home to the NJ Tribe Baseball Teams, Baseball's Finest also hosts many towns recreation and travel baseball and softball programs. Accommodating all ages and skill levels, our 5,000 sq ft indoor turf facility has two 60 retractable cages and a pitching machine. Nets separate the entire facility in half or split into tunnels, allowing for multiple athletes to practice safety at once. The well-lit warehouse space without pillars makes it an excellent area for teamwork, larger group practices, clinics and defensive work.
