A 2-day seminar designed for participants who wanted to enhance their knowledge and skills in managing construction works (project). The seminar consists of lectures, discussions, and tabletop exercises on systems/processes needed to complete a construction project.

At the end of this seminar, the participants shall be able to;
• Demonstrate the ability to identify management systems/processes needed for successful construction works (project) completion;
• Define the requirements and characteristics of each system/process.
• Discuss the recommended tools and techniques of each system/process
• Apply these tools and techniques in managing construction works (project);
