Gentle Flow Yoga

Join us for Gentle Flow Yoga on September 8th at 1:15pm. We will be following along with popular gentle flow yoga videos for the month of September. Gentle flow yoga is a style of yoga that emphasizes slow, mindful movements and poses, making it suitable for people of all levels, including beginners and those with limited mobility who need to modify the yoga moves. Registration is required. Please bring water and a yoga mat.

By participating in this program you take full responsibility for permission from your health care provider and the library assumes no liability associated with the risks of physical exercise.

Our Yoga leader, Sara, will be taking a break for the month of September. We want to thank her for all her dedication to our yoga program as she volunteered her time and talent.
