Calling all witches, warlocks, and little goblins! Come join us for a fun paddle on Cazenovia Lake! I got this idea, 2 years ago, from the news and social media- many towns do this across the US! I thought this would a be a fun, informal, activity for a group of paddle enthusiasts. We have grown in number each year and I am enthusiastic this will be our best year yet!
We have some exciting additions this year including:
- event t-shirts available for purchase!
- Raffling off a new paddleboard set!
In following the national model, each year we select a local charitable organization to donate to. This year's recipient: will be announced next week
Date & Time: Saturday, October 4th at 12:30 PM
Our event will fall within Caz Fall Fest again!

We will have judges from this year's charitable organization at Lakeland Park where they will select our winners.
Our informal gathering and paddle will start at 12:30 PM, so please have your paddle craft in the water ready to depart by 12:15 PM. We will be launching from the park n ride area near the corner of routes 92 and 20 across from the Fairchild Hill parking area. We will be paddling to Lakeland Park where there will be a costume contest and photo opportunities to follow. After the costume contest, you are free to stay as long as you like at Lakeland Park, many of us will be picnicking if the weather is favorable, and then paddle back to the launch area at your discretion.
Parking: There is parking available at the park n ride area and across the road at Fairchild Hill parking area. As parking may be limited a suggestion would be to get dropped off at the launch point and observers can go to Lakeland Park to observe the paddle procession. Please respect the parking laws of Village of Cazenovia.
Spectators and those cheering us on are encouraged and welcome to join us at Lakeland Park!
Depart time: 12:30 PM
Again, please be in the water, ready to depart by 12:15 PM.
