In Energy Boundaries for Empaths, we will explore how to understand your energetic system, recognize what belongs to you and what does not, and create boundaries that feel steady rather than defensive.

You’ll learn practical tools you can use right away to feel more grounded in your body and clearer in your energy.

If you’re sensitive to environments, emotions, or other people’s moods, this class can change how you move through the world.
