In this one-hour class, we’ll explore the heart chakra in a way that’s practical, supportive, and experiential.
What we’ll cover in class
What the heart chakra actually does (and how it shows up when it’s balanced vs. depleted)
How the three chosen crystals support emotional healing without bypassing real feelings
Each participant will take home three heart-centered crystals, chosen to support emotional balance, compassion, and energetic resilience. You’ll learn:

How and when to work with them
Easy ways to integrate them into your daily routine.
