Starting this July, Thursday nights at 5:30 PM, Empowered Body will become a space for true sisterhood.

Introducing The Women’s Collective—a Conversational Stretch experience designed to help you unwind your body, soothe your soul, and connect deeply with other women navigating life’s shifts—emotional, physical, or spiritual.

This isn’t just movement. It’s connection.
It’s exhale.
It’s a space where no topic is off limits and every voice matters.
Drama-free. Politics-free. Just real women, real talk, and real support.

You’ll stretch, breathe, and open up—physically and emotionally—while exploring topics that help you move through the seasons of womanhood with more grace, strength, and self-love.
