We invite you to “Alchemy of the Heart”, a transformative weekend of stillness and renewal, an intimate retreat where ancient healing rituals meet modern serenity, creating space to reconnect with your essence and awaken the quiet wisdom within.

Nestled within 15 acres of forest and still waters, just two hours from New York City, this Catskills sanctuary offers three private bedrooms for singles or couples and one shared room with three beds, blending comfort with quiet communion. Guests will spend the night of October 25 immersed in nature and return home on the 26th, after closing the retreat with a ceremony of gratitude at 5PM.

During the weekend, enjoy two morning yoga sessions, sound healing and Reiki circles, and optional 1:1 sessions for personalized guidance. Restore body and spirit with unlimited access to the outdoor sauna and red light therapy, designed to ground, purify, and renew. As evening falls, gather for the fire ritual beneath starlit skies, a sacred space for reflection, release, and connection.

Savor four nourishing vegetarian meals and herbal teas thoughtfully prepared to support your journey. Wander forest trails, kayak on the lagoon, visit the Buddhist Monastery, or explore the sacred Kaaterskill Falls and the charming towns of Catskill, Hudson, and Woodstock. A private parking area is available, and pickup rides from nearby train or bus stations can be arranged for your convenience.

Reiki Master, Pranic Healer, Sound Healer, Somatic Therapist, and Bodyworker from Chile, she began her path with an early sensitivity to energy and the unseen. Her journey has led her through more than 45 countries, immersing in sacred healing traditions across Latin America and Southeast Asia. Eight transformative years devoted to Buddhist philosophy and ancient energetic systems shaped a practice rooted in compassion, presence, and harmony. Where intuitive mastery and refined technique unite to restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.

Hatha Yoga Teacher, Pranic and Biomagnetic Healer, and Tantric Alchemy Practitioner, Nicholas began his path with a deep attunement to the body, breath, and subtle energy. His journey has taken him through sacred traditions across Europe, North America and Asia, immersing in ancient practices that honor the intelligence of the body and the wisdom of the spirit. Years devoted to Tantric philosophy and energetic mastery have shaped a practice rooted in presence, devotion, and harmony, where embodied awareness and refined technique awaken balance, vitality, and the radiant inner light.
