The word "vinyasa" itself translates to "to place in a special way" or "to move with purpose," emphasizing the mindful and intentional connection between breath and movement. Practice with me and feel the importance of carefully synchronized inhales and exhales with movement and poses, fostering a sense of fluidity and interconnectedness.
