Jazzercise Open Week

End of year is upon us, looking for a way to boost energy, destress and improve wellbeing? Come and try Jazzercise 11-18 October during our open week. This is an opportunity for those new to Jazzercise to try as many classes as you like for the week. This event is free for those trying classes with Jazzercise at the Bay for the first time.

About our classes: we dance, we strength train and we show options in every class to cater to the variety of abilities in class. Classes are suitable for teens through to those active in their mature years!

We know that starting something new can be daunting, but we're here for you. We're a warm community of (mostly) women.
