Chelsea Mazzini has been sharing these tools globally for the past 9 years, and she is excited to bring her Transformational Himalayan Breathwork to the Soul Tribe community.
This unique, full-body, sensory experience draws from decades of study into the energetic systems of the human body, traditional healing modalities of the East, holistic philosophies, and Vedic meditative practices. Chelsea weaves together breath, movement, and sound from traditions spanning the globe and eons of human history.
Guided safely and intentionally, you will move through a series of gentle yogic pranayama to calm the mind and warm the body. As energy awakens and movement unlocks the body, we transition into deeper breathwork and full-body movement that bypasses the default patterns of everyday thought, opening you to expanded states of consciousness.
