Join us this Sunday at 8:30 AM at Hydebank for a feel-good, full-body bootcamp session led by JM Fitness.

This is an open session for all abilities – whether you’re new to fitness or a regular mover, you’ll be made to feel right at home. Expect a fun, supportive environment that’ll set you up for the week ahead!
