What to Expect:
First, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle Eden Energy Medicine techniques to help balance the energy body, clear any inner chaos and relieve mental congestion.
This important first step will ensure you are grounded and able to fully receive the benefits of sound healing.
Then you will shift from “doing” into a deeply relaxing state of “being”, lying on your mat and supported by props. You’ll be enveloped in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes and more. The calming vibrations of sound will help soothe the nervous system, promote relaxation and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
To help you integrate this special experience, we’ll close with additional energy medicine balancing techniques designed to help you confidently move forward with the rest of your weekend.
About Your Guides:
Claire Eby will lead the energy balancing portions of this experience using techniques from Donna Eden’s revolutionary healing work known as the Eden Method. Claire is an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner and an Energy Medicine Yoga Teacher who teaches at Buka Yoga on Wednesdays and Thursdays to bring energy medicine into the studio.
Amy Rivard will be your guide as you drift into relaxation using healing sound techniques she is studying from the Sound Healing Academy. Amy is also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher from the Lahiri School of yoga. She has been a fan of the Donna Eden energy medicine techniques for 12 years and is excited to collaborate with Claire to bring you a unique, synergetic sound experience.
