This time, our menu dives deeper into the rich tapestry of regional flavours โ from Goaโs fiery seafood dishes, kissed with coconut and lime, to the soulful, mustard-seed-scented fare of Karnataka, and finally, to Keralaโs gentle, tropical embrace of cardamom, curry leaves, and slow-cooked traditions.
