Kindness Begins Within is a 7-week gentle Kundalini Yoga series designed to help you reconnect to your body, breath, voice, and energy centers — through the lens of self-kindness and compassion.
Each class blends grounding movement, breathwork, sound, and stillness to gently awaken one of the body’s energy centers (chakras) in an inclusive, heart-centered way.

This week in our Kindness Comes from Within Kundalini Yoga series, we’ll flow into the loving energy of the heart chakra.
During this 4th week, we’ll tune into the wisdom of the heart — letting it guide us like a compass toward truth, compassion, and connection. Through movement, mantra, and breathwork, we’ll strengthen the balance of giving and receiving love, and open to living from the heart’s intelligence.
