A Super Sprint Triathlon series in Western NY. Race one or all 3, held on Wednesday evenings throughout the summer.

No cut-off times.

400 yd swim, 13 mile, hilly, bike and 2 mile run.

AquaBike (swim & bike only) and relay team options.

Race t-shirts, Finisher Medals, post race pot luck picnic.
