Hello, my name is Jodi Flugel. I completed my yoga teacher training in Oregon back in 2016 and have been attending yoga festivals ever since, continually deepening my love for the practice and community. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching on and off whenever I feel called to share.
I believe in honoring the body, mind, and the space you’re in. That’s what guides my approach to yoga. Every class is rooted in intuition, joy, and presence. I’m a bubbly, outgoing soul, and that energy naturally comes through in the way I teach. We laugh, we sing, we connect, but we also show up, breathe deeply, and challenge ourselves to grow.
My classes welcome all levels of yogis and are always a judgment-free zone. I encourage my students to meet themselves on the mat with love and to leave as stronger, more vibrant versions of who they already are. Through breath and movement, we explore new shapes and possibilities together. Come as you are, and let’s grow together.
