Mom & Me: Tea Tasting & Sundae Creations
Sip, swirl, and scoop—together! This hands-on experience isn’t just for kids—it’s for moms (or guardians) to join in, explore flavors, and create delicious treats alongside their little ones. With school out for summer, it’s the perfect opportunity to slow down and share moments that turn into memories.
Participants will taste four different types of tea—black, green, white, and herbal—while learning where they come from and what makes each one unique. Jennifer will guide the tasting, sparking conversation and curiosity as you compare aromas, colors, and flavors. Then, it’s time to cool down with a creative twist—everyone will build their own ice cream sundaes, layering toppings and crafting a masterpiece together.

Important Notes This workshop involves hot liquids, and while we welcome young participants, The Mystic Sip is not fully child proofed. Parents and guardians should engage alongside their children, guiding them through the experience. This is a shared activity—not a drop-off event—so come ready to taste, create, and enjoy together!
Our tearoom features boutique wares, handcrafted teas, ceramics, and spiritual goods, along with delicate decor and live plants that add to the cozy ambiance. We kindly ask that children admire these treasures without excessive handling. If disruptions occur and participation becomes challenging, guests may be asked to return on a different day when it’s a better fit—since this experience runs all summer, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy it!
