Free Parent and Caregiver Conversation at Esteamed Coffee

Parents and Caregivers can meet Kenzie Clark of Able Transition on August 26th for conversations at Esteamed Coffee.

Able Transition provides a path forward for individuals with disabilities and autism. They build unique and comprehensive life-long person-centered plans for every area of adult life. They build the plan, create targeted goals, give recommendations, and ensure you have every resource to ensure high-quality and successful adulthood.

Kenzie Clark is the Founder and Manager of Able Transition Consulting. As a former Special Education Teacher, Kenzie saw the need for transition services and sought out a Master’s Degree in Secondary Special Education and Transition through the University of Kansas. Her passion is the transition process and preparing individuals and families for high-quality lives. Kenzie's master's degree provides her with expertise and knowledge regarding transition.
