Barks and Bond is a fun low key drop in style event where you can come learn about being a foster or volunteer at the Wake County Animal Center. You can also meet adoptable dogs from the Wake County Animal Center.( we will post the dogs coming on the morning of the event). This event happens on the first Tuesday of every month from 6-8pm
