Introducing our first annual Beefsteak Dinner Series! You’re invited to an unforgettable evening of hearty food, fine spirits, and rich tradition. So, join us at Cucina Lupo on Friday, April 25 at 6 PM as we bring back the legendary Beefsteak Dinner! 🥰
This feast pays tribute to a time-honored tradition dating back to 19th-century New York. Originally working-class celebrations and political fundraisers, these indulgent events were known for piles of sliced beef served on white bread, no utensils allowed, and plenty of beer and laughter to go around!
We’re proud to feature locally raised beef from Park Ranch Meats renowned for its quality and rich flavor. And to complement the meal, we’ll be pouring exceptional bourbon from Frey Ranch Distillery, a family-owned distillery crafting world-class spirits right here in Nevada. We will also have copious amounts of Great Basin Brewing Company craft beer and plenty of red wine for all from Foley Food & Wine Society!
This is a classic Beefsteak Dinner! That means:💥
-Dress to the nines!
-Custom white butcher aprons provided!
-Eat with your hands - No utensils!
-All you can eat!
-All you can drink red wine, beer, whiskey!
Tickets are $160 per person. Here's the MENU: 🍽️
Start: Marrow Bone Rounds with Parsley Sauce Beef Liver Toast with Port Prunes Beef Meatballs with Calabrian Aioli Beef Heart Anticucho with Huancaina Sauce. 🤤
Main: Ribeye, Porterhouses, Coulotte, Smoked Beef Shanks
Sauces: Green Peppercorn Demi, Béarnaise, Chimichurri, Rossini, Garlic Butter, Pimentón Sides: Potato Wedges, Asparagus, Broccolini, Focaccia. 🥩
Sweet: Vanilla ice cream with EVOO and sea salt. 🍦
