Yoga At Sojourn Fermentory

Come for Yoga…Stay for brunch. Enjoy a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga practice with Lydia on every Sunday mornings from 9 to 10am. It is free.

Flow through gentle movements, connect with your breath, and set the tone for a peaceful weekend. No experience needed—just bring your mat and good vibes!

After yoga, stick around for our mouthwatering brunch menu and pair it with a refreshing craft beer or mimosa. Because nothing says balance like a little self-care followed by delicious food and drinks.
