Pre-Public Hearing Community Meetings - Carrollton

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) invites you to attend one of our upcoming Pre-Public Hearing Community Meetings to learn about proposed fare and service changes planned for January 2026. These meetings are your opportunity to ask questions, share your feedback, and understand how potential changes may affect your community.

The official Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 8 at 6:00 PM, but these early sessions are designed to help you engage with the process before the formal hearing.

In response to anticipated funding changes and community requests for new services, DART is proposing:
🚍 Significant service adjustments across bus, rail, GoLink, and paratransit
💳 Implementation of Phase 2 of the new fare structure
💡 A General Mobility Program to redistribute 5% of sales tax revenue among seven member cities

Your voice matters. Public input will help shape the DART Board's final decision in August.
